Morse Fork-Mount Drum Lifts

With a Morse forklift barrel dumper, you can lift and dispense a 55-gallon steel drum, with options to handle various other types and sizes of drums. Models are available to dispense a drum weighing up to 2,500 Lb. (1134 kg). MORcinch Options are available to handle a plastic or fiber drum, and even a smaller drum. Manual drum tilt is controlled with a 20’ (6 m) pull chain loop hanging 10’ (3 m) below the chain wheel. There is enough resistance in the enclosed gear box to automatically stop and hold the drum tilt angle. Hand wheel tilt control option is also available.

E x t r a - h e a v y - d u t y construction with steel tube framework, large shafts and bearings offer long life in tough service. An oil filled, worm gear speed reducer provides 150:1 gear reduction for fine control when tipping heavy drums. The drum holder of Model 285A-GR has an 8” wide metal band with two straps and ratchets to secure your 22.5” (57.15 cm) diameter steel drum. Full Drum Capacity 2,000 Lb. (907 kg), Half-full* drum capacity 1,000 Lb. (454 kg).

Diameter Adaptors: Add the correct diameter adaptor for each smaller drum to handle multiple drum sizes with the same drum handler. Simply and quickly place into and remove from the drum holder. Adaptors for 17.5" diameter and smaller have adjustable hold down brackets for up to 38" tall drums.
